Doreen Bushashia
Director of Resident Services, Peabody Properties
Doreen Bushashia is the Director of Resident Services for Peabody Properties and is responsible for overseeing the Resident Services Program throughout the company’s 9,000 unit portfolio.  Since 1988, Ms. Bushashia has developed and expanded the Resident Services Program to a staff of 30 Resident Service Coordinators, and $3.3 million in grant funding for staff and programs.  Ms. Bushashia has been a Board member since 1999.

Edna Bynoe

Edna Bynoe is the President of the Orchard Gardens Resident Association which represents the interests of over 400 families. Ms. Bynoe has been a Board Member of MissionWorks since September 2005. After a lengthy career with the Department of Transitional Assistance, Ms. Bynoe retired from her day job but continues to be active in many community activities. Ms. Bynoe previously served as Chair of the Boston Housing Authority Resident Advisory Board. She currently serves as the Chair of the BHA Monitoring Committee and as the Chair of the Committee on Boston Public Housing. She is also a Board member of Madison Park Development Corporation. Ms. Bynoe helped facilitate the creation of the Orchard Gardens Pilot School which opened in 2003 and predominantly serves the children in her Roxbury neighborhood. Ms. Bynoe was also the key advocate in the redevelopment of the Orchard Family Development replacing neglected and vacant buildings with 412 colorful, occupied townhouses and has also ensured that supportive services are in place to serve the needs of the entire family.

Dennis M. Coleman
Partner, Ropes & Gray
Dennis represents over 30 collegiate head coaches in basketball and football, including Al Skinner of Boston College, Lute Olson of the University of Arizona, Barry Collier of the University of Nebraska, Dave Odom of the University of South Carolina, Skip Prosser of Wake Forest University, Phil Martelli of St. Joseph's University, Karl Hobbs of George Washington University, John Thompson, III of Georgtown University, John Beilein of West Virginia University, Louis Orr of Seton Hall University, and Tony Dungy of the Indianapolis Colts.  The Sports Law Group recently represented Gillette in connection with the naming rights of Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots, and Reebok in connection with sponsorship and licensing agreements with the National Football League and the National Basketball Association.  In addition, The Sports Law Group specializes in the representation of colleges and universities in connection with NCAA investigations and related matters.

Rachel Goodman
Director of Community Services, Boston Housing Authority
With 15 years of experience working in Boston community-based organizations and workforce development, Ms. Goodman began directing community services for the housing authority in 2002.  In this capacity she oversees programming for the approximately 5% of Boston residents served by the Boston Housing Authority.  She has been a Board member since October 2002.

Martha Knight
Administrative Assistant, WinnPeabodyCruz Management Company
Ms. Knight is a long-time Mission Main resident who raised her family here.  She was also a key member of the Board of the Mission Main Tenant Task Force during the HOPE VI revitalization process as well as sitting on the Resident Services Committee, which designed the programming for Mission Main and oversaw its implementation.  She has been a Board member since 2003. Ms. Knight currently works in Mission Main’s property management office.

Arthur Mombourquette
Vice President of Support Services, Brigham and Women's Hospital
Arthur Mombourqutte has been the Vice President of Support Services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital since 1999.  He has over 25 years experience in the health care industry, developing, organizing and administering multiple support service functions.  He has significant accomplishments implementing new systems, reengineering existing structures and forming strategic partnerships resulting in lower costs, improved service and increased efficiency.  Arthur has a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston.

Karl Nurse
President, Karl Nurse Communications and Nurse Communications, Inc.
Karl Nurse is the President and Founder of Nurse Communications Inc. (NCI), Nurse Communication Television, and Karl Nurse Communications, a television and video production communication company, specializing in creating broadcast TV programs, documentaries, and a range of marketing and informational videotapes for corporations.  A 38-year television and radio industry veteran, Karl Nurse has worked in broadcasting since 1966.  Nurse is the former president of Boston Broadcast Group; a New England broadcast media acquisition partnership.  He is currently president of Truro Wireless Inc., the holder of FCC license WCDJ-FM, Truro, Massachusetts.  He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Parent and Children’s Services and has served as a member of the Board of Advisors to the Advertising Club of Boston Foundation, and the board of directors of the prestigious Museum of Afro American History in Boston.  Mr. Nurse is currently Chairman of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee of New England Minority Supplier Development Council.

Samuel Ross
Chief Executive Officer, WinnCompanies
Mr. Ross has been a Board member of MissionWorks since its inception in 1999.  He is the Chief Executive Officer of WinnCompanies, one of the largest developer/managers of multi-family housing in the United States.  Mr. Ross is a director at First Community Bank and a member of its Executive and Audit Committees and a director of the National Multi Housing Council.  He is a graduate of Boston University and Harvard Business School.
