Employment is the
key to sustained economic self-sufficiency. MissionWorks's
goal is to prepare, train and place low-income adults in
careers that pay a family-sustaining wage, offer benefits
and opportunities for advancement. Employment-related
services include career exploration, job readiness,
assistance with resume development, job placement and
on-going support. MissionWorks has developed relationships
with over 40 area employers including the Colleges of the
Fenway and the Longwood Medical Area. MissionWorks assists
clients to obtain positions with opportunities for full time
employment and advancement. |
